Escrow Agent

One of our most important functions is also one of our most overlooked: the escrow agent. As the escrow agent for your transaction, we take in and hold all funds required to buy, sell, or refinance the property. We write all the checks, pay all the taxes, and hold any funds. Should there be a requirement in the contract for an escrow to be held (e.g., a pre- or post-settlement occupancy agreement), we hold those funds until the contract conditions can be met, ensuring that all parties pay and are paid what is due and minimizing the hassle and paperwork for our clients.
