Our settlements are insured through First American Title Insurance Company, so you know that when you settle with AmeriTitle, you are protected with the best coverage possible. Our competitive rates maximize your security and peace of mind. We offer both the standard ALTA policy, and an enhanced “Eagle” policy for extra protections.

We also offer reissue discounts, which can sometimes save you up to 40% on your title insurance premiums! If you are refinancing or purchasing a home that was issued an owner’s title insurance policy within the past 10 years, be sure to tell us at the time of your order.
